Wembley Stadium, Wembley

#1 of 13 in Things to do in Wembley
Wembley Stadium hosts some of the UK's biggest sporting events and concerts. Premiership soccer championships, England national team soccer matches, and an NFL football game take place annually. Some of the world's most popular musicians, such as Bruce Springsteen and Rihanna, have performed here. If your visit coincides with an event that interests you, try to get tickets; seating capacity reaches 90,000. You can also take a stadium tour. You'll see memorabilia like the crossbar from a goal from the 1966 World Cup (which England won) and the original flag from the 1948 London Olympics. A VIP tour gives you a private guide and access to normally restricted areas, such as the Football Association trophy cabinet, the press conference room, the dressing room for England's national soccer team, and the tunnel through which players enter the field. • The stadium is certainly not sooooo bad. Deficiencies have to be sought for a relatively long time. Only the departure from the stadium back to the city is a bit time-consuming. But how else do you want to transport these crowds without waiting?? We survived it.

  • Excellent stadium with great views of the pitch from everywhere. Great concert venue with well thoughts out food and drinks and loads of lavs! All stadiums should be like this. If they could just sort out the local traffic.... 🙄
  • Fantastic stadium but the seat numbering to block 257 is a bit bizarre as it jumps from the 390's back to 1. Getting out was a pain as we were filtered through the train station which took an age. Would like to go a bit more often and the occasional win would be nice.
