Virtually unchanged for the last six centuries, Venice is actually a group of islands made famous by a series of canals, bridges, monuments, piazzas, and narrow pedestrian lanes.
On the 25th (Wed), take in the spiritual surroundings of Santa Maria dei Miracoli and then snap pictures at Ponte di Rialto.

Kuwait City, Kuwait to Venice is an approximately 8.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and shuttle; or do a combination of flight and train. The time zone changes from Arabia Standard Time to Central European Time, which is usually a -2 hour difference. Traveling from Kuwait City in July, expect Venice to be much colder, temps between 36°C and 22°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 26th (Thu) early enough to take a train to Verona.
