The rainforest meets the sea at Manuel Antonio National Park, a small but scenic natural preserve on the west coast of Costa Rica.
On the 27th (Tue), kick your exploration up a notch at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks and then kick back and relax at Playa Manuel Antonio. On the 28th (Wed), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: glide through the air with a parasailing or paragliding tour and then skim along the rocks with a canyoning and rapelling tour.

A long-established beach community, Playas del Coco has developed a reputation as a favored spot for young travelers and locals to let loose by the sea.
On the 30th (Fri), let the river carry you with a rafting and tubing tour and then identify plant and animal life at Wildlife Areas.
