Known as one of the greatest small cities in the world, Amsterdam charms visitors with its cool and cozy atmosphere.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Strand Egmond aan Zee and Kinderboerderij Velserbeek. Get in touch with nature at Het Strand van IJmuiden aan Zee and Duinreservaat Castricum. Go for a jaunt from Amsterdam to Castricum to see Strand van Castricum about 48 minutes away. There's still lots to do: see the interesting displays at Zaanse Schans.
