Start off your visit on the 30th (Fri): see the interesting displays at Svaneti Museum of History and Ethnography, then hit the slopes at Khatsvali Ski Resort, then pause for some serene contemplation at St. Nicholas Church, and finally head outdoors with Koruldi Lakes. Keep things going the next day: examine the collection at Mikheil Khegiani House Museum, then get outside with Chaladi Glacier, and then take in the awesome beauty at Mountain Ushba.

Having invested heavily in tourism since 2010, Batumi is quickly becoming a go-to destination for visitors looking for a bustling nightlife.
Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Ureki Beach and Kobuleti Beach. Get some historical perspective at Batumi Boulevard and Bridge Mahuntseti. Get out of town with these interesting Batumi side-trips: Mtirala National Park (in Kobuleti) and Makhuntseti Waterwall (in Keda). Once popular as a health resort during Imperial Russian and Soviet times, Gagra today attracts a small contingent of international visitors seeking ideal summer weather and its seaside promenade, which hugs the coastline of the Black Sea.
Saint Simon the Canaanite Church and Abaata Fortress will appeal to history buffs. Take a break from the city and head to Gegskiy Waterfall and Lake Rica. Explore Gagra's surroundings by going to Pitsunda Beach (in Pitsunda) and New Athos (Rock Shalter of Saint Apostle Simon the Zealot & Anacopia Fortress). Expect a daytime high around 30°C in September, and nighttime lows around 20°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 6th (Fri) early enough to travel back home.
