The booming city of Bucharest is a sophisticated metropolis with a high contrast of old- and new-world architecture.
Dedicate the 1st (Sat) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. Kick off your visit on the 2nd (Sun): take in the architecture and atmosphere at Timisoara Orthodox Cathedral, don't miss a visit to Piata Victoriei, then appreciate the history behind Timisoara Historical Center, then admire the striking features of The Palace of the Serbian Episcopacy, and finally make a trip to Unirii Square. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 3rd (Mon): have some family-friendly fun at One Move, let little ones run wild at Parcul Copiilor Ion Creangă, and then stroll around Cathedral Park.

On the 4th (Tue), examine the collection at ASTRA Museum, then don't miss a visit to Big Square (Piata Mare), then see the interesting displays at Landeskirchliches Museum der Evangelischen Kirche, and finally take in panoramic vistas at Turnul Sfatului (The Tower of the Council).
