A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
Kick off your visit on the 24th (Sat): wander the streets of Latin Quarter, wander the streets of Trocadero, and then take in nature's colorful creations at Jardin des Tuileries. Keep things going the next day: indulge your senses at some of the top wineries in the area, then take a stroll through 1st Arrondissement, then wander the streets of Île de la Cité, and finally step off the mainland to explore Ile Saint-Louis.

On the 26th (Mon), explore the striking landscape of Parc national des Calanques. Keep things going the next day: head outdoors with Route des Cretes, then explore the striking landscape at Calanques, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Calanque de Samena.

Well-known for the beautiful views of its famous Promenade des Anglais waterfront, Nice is an ethnically-diverse coastal port city on the French Riviera and the fifth most populated city in France.
On the 28th (Wed), get to know the fascinating history of Saint-Paul de Vence and then savor the flavors at Food & Drink. On your second day here, steep yourself in history at Villa & Jardins Ephrussi de Rothschild, then head outdoors with Promenade du Paillon, and then take a stroll through Place Rossetti.

Traveling from Marseille in August, expect nights in Nice to be about the same, around 71°F, while days are little chillier, around 81°F. On the 1st (Sun), grab your bike and head to Pista Ciclopedonale Levanto - Framura, then don't miss a visit to Borgo Antico, and then hike along Cinque Terre Trails.
