One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
Seoul is known for historic sites, shopping, museums, parks, and nightlife. Your plan includes some of its best attractions: get engrossed in the history at Gyeongbokgung Palace, appreciate the extensive heritage of Cheonggyecheon Stream, step into the grandiose world of Changdeokgung Palace, and wander the streets of Myeongdong Shopping Street.

Singapore, Singapore to Seoul is an approximately 10-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight; or do a combination of flight and train. The time zone difference moving from Singapore Time to Korea Standard Time is 1 hour. Traveling from Singapore in March, things will get cooler in Seoul: highs are around 13°C and lows about 1°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 15th (Fri) early enough to travel to Gyeongju.

The capital of the country's northernmost province, the city of Chuncheon acts a gateway to the wilder sights of the rural region.
You've now added Nami Island to your itinerary. Start off your visit on the 16th (Sat): step off the mainland to explore Nami Island, wander the streets of Chuncheon Myeongdong Street, and then wander the streets of Chuncheon Myeongdong Dakgalbi Street. Keep things going the next day: examine the collection at Chuncheon Art Gallery, take in the spiritual surroundings of Cheongpyeongsa, and then find something for the whole family at Gangchon Rail Park.

You can drive from Seoul to Chuncheon in 1.5 hours. Another option is to do a combination of subway and bus. In March, daytime highs in Chuncheon are 13°C, while nighttime lows are 1°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 17th (Sun) early enough to drive to Gyeongju.

Start off your visit on the 18th (Mon): explore the activities along Anapji Pond, then appreciate the history behind Seokguram, and then contemplate the long history of Bulguksa Temple.

Traveling by car from Chuncheon to Gyeongju takes 4 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. Traveling from Chuncheon in March, you will find days in Gyeongju are little chillier (5°C), and nights are a bit warmer (5°C). Wrap up your sightseeing on the 18th (Mon) early enough to drive to Busan.

The country's second city, Busan has often been referred to as South Korea's summer capital.
Start off your visit on the 19th (Tue): tour the pleasant surroundings at Yongdusan Park, get great views at Taejongdae, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Haedong Yonggung Temple, and finally enjoy the sand and surf at Haeundae Beach. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 20th (Wed): enjoy the sand and surf at Gwangalli Beach, snap pictures at Busan Harbor Bridge, then hunt for treasures at Jagalchi Market, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Beomeosa Temple.

Traveling by car from Gyeongju to Busan takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. Traveling from Gyeongju in March, expect nights in Busan to be about the same, around 3°C, while days are a bit warmer, around 16°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 20th (Wed) to allow time to travel to Jeju.

The main town on the largest of Korea's islands, Jeju has a volcanic landscape protected by UNESCO.
On the 21st (Thu), Head underground at Manjanggul Cave and then take a peaceful walk through Halla Mountain. On the 22nd (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: look for all kinds of wild species at Roe Deer Observation Center, then step off the mainland to explore Udo, and then take in the dramatic natural features at Seongsan Ilchulbong.

Traveling by flight from Busan to Jeju takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and flight; or do a combination of car and ferry. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 23rd (Sat) to allow time for travel back home.
