The time zone changes from Korea Standard Time to Eastern European Time, which is usually a -7 hour difference. When traveling from Seoul in August, plan for a bit cooler days in Tallinn, with highs around 24°C, while nights are colder with lows around 13°C. You will leave for Tartu on the 27th (Tue).

You can drive from Saaremaa to Parnu in 3.5 hours. In August in Parnu, expect temperatures between 24°C during the day and 18°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 28th (Wed) so you can drive to Tartu.

One of the oldest cities in the Baltic region, Tartu boasts heaps of cultural attractions, a quaint Old Town, and bustling main square.
Museum-lovers will get to explore University of Tartu Natural History Museum and 19th Century Tartu Citizen's Home Museum. Poltsamaa Castle and KGB Cells Museum are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Take a break from Tartu with a short trip to Alatskivi Castle (vald) in Alatskivi, about 34 minutes away. There's still lots to do: see the interesting displays at A. Le Coq Beer Museum.
