  • The Lake is harsh and the scenery around is also harsh. Transparent Sunny ice, standing here in May, does not conceal the flora and fauna of the lake, such a gigantic aquarium, obeying the harsh laws of the reality of this unreal place. Ice, despite the seeming lightness and fragility, is strong enough. In contrast to the cheerful bright color of the lake, the shores are deserted and gloomy. The Growing places along the shores of the lake, the rotten grass is the fodder for local cattle, mainly yaks, goats and sheep. The Shore of the lake is randomly strewn, ironed by constant icy winds up to the whiteness of skulls and horns of local animals. This makes The coastal landscape even more unreal. The Opposite bank is dressed in a shaggy cloud cap, in which the Zaalai ridge seems fluffy and tender.

  • Beautiful place unlike any other. Lots of bugs when I was there, but the amazing views make it worth while. Keep in mind there's almost nothing available in the area, so be prepared and have fun.
