Parque Nacional de Donana, both a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an important wetland reserve, covers 543 square km (210 square mi). Iberian lynx and Spanish imperial eagles make their homes here. Note that around Pentecost, pilgrims enter the park in droves. However, access to the park is strictly controlled for tourists year-round, so all visitors see the park on an organized tour. Consider a ferry ride or boat tour to really experience this natural wonder. Parque Nacional de Donana Reviews
Aprovechando la visita de unos familiares de fuera, nos de decidimos a visitar esta zona natural. Nunca había venido y me sorprendio mucho. Es una pena que no sea tan conocída entre la gente de huelva more »Taking advantage of the visit of a family member from outside, we decided to visit this natural area. I've never been here before, and I was very surprised. It's a shame I'm not so well known among the huelva people.

There, we climbed in an SUV and began the visit itself. The guide demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the Park, both of its history, as of the ecosystems that form it, flora and fauna, and was a fundamental part, because it transmitted in a didactic way very enriching contents. That day, we were very lucky and saw numerous species of animals such as deer and deer that grazed and sought the shadow of the vera, wild boars, marismeño horses, mostrenca cows and a wide variety of birds, especially in the beach areas. Time flew by, because you enjoy yourself as a child contemplating the extreme beauty of the landscape, cared for and protected, although not without the risks of human origin. I say this, because nowhere like in a natural park is the contrast that pollution produces. The beaches of the park, despite the conservation and cleaning work that takes place, showed a lot of plastic waste of all kinds that drag the innocent tides. Therefore, the value of such a unique space, not only requires our visit, if we think about its future maintenance; It should also serve to raise our consciousness and engage in behavior that promotes and preserves these essential places for life on Earth. The route continued with a visit to the Iron Village where another guide explained to us the forms of population, uses and human exploitations that this area had. In the end, the tour is completed with a beautiful boat trip, as a closure, very relaxing, after a visit full of emotions.
