Visit Lisbon's legendary flea market, Feira da Ladra, in operation since the 12th century. You could spend a long time exploring the stalls selling second-hand and brand new goods. Other vendors choose to lay out their wares on blankets. Find handmade artisan goods, CDs, books, clothes, stamps, coins, military objects, antiques, and furniture, among many others. Bargaining is sometimes possible, but many vendors have gotten used to tourists spending freely. Be careful of pickpockets in the area and keep your purses closed. Gostei muito da feirinha! Foi um passeio gostoso, tem todo tipo de quinquilharia, mas tem também antiguidades, itens de arte, itens colecionáveis, artesanato contemporâneo, roupas de frio, livros, bag... more »I really enjoyed the party! It was a tasty ride, has all sorts of trinkets, but also has antiques, art items, collectible items, contemporary crafts, cold clothes, books, Chinese junk. Highlight for Porcelaninhas and antique glassware, with values from 3 euros. I brought cup and saucer from the decade of 50 for 3 euros, but they packed badly and the saucer departed:(. In the most, the climate is cheerful and is crowded even in the cold and being Tuesday when I went. I imagine that on Saturday it gets even more. Great stop between the Church of St. Vincent de Fora and the pantheon. It has a reasonably clean public bathroom right in the middle of the fair.
