See basks of captive crocodiles lazing in the sun waiting for their meal at Croc Farm, a commercial crocodile farm breeding the animals for meat and skin. The park is also a botanical garden featuring many Madagascar trees providing shelter to lemurs, tortoises, chameleons, and even a rare fossa. Some of the crocs are well over 6 m (20 ft) long, look for them among the several thousand bred here. The park has a restaurant offering croc burgers and grilled crocodile steaks, and you can also see and buy various crocodile leather products. But at the entrance we were really surprised that the receptionist asked us for an entry rate almost double that indicated in the website. This made the visit impossible for the group because out of budget and exorbitant. Being an animal Center with 25 years of existence as you said in your website, please present a minimum of professionalism by updating your rates (indicated in your sitweb) so that we customers, can know and prepare us for expenses that will be incurred by the visit. And in addition I remind you in the first place that you apply a single rate for nationals and foreigners and that secondly your Center is located far from the city and so we made the trip for nothing and this fact lost all of us our time.
Sympathique promenade sur un sentier aménagé au milieu de la flore et faune locales. Il y a plusieurs variétés d’animaux endémiques ou non présentés et pas uniquement des crocodiles. Ça vaut le détour more »Nice walk on a path laid out in the midst of the local flora and fauna. There are several varieties of endemic or unpresented animals and not just crocodiles. It's worth a visit
Just amazing. Real wildlife. So many crocodiles. You can even feed a lemur.
