  • In the Comburg collegiate church – in the southern aisle, next to the entrance to the winter sacristy, you will find the following memory of the Probst Erasmus Neustetter in Latin: "Towers I built ten and walls re-listed. I have more guilders and interest and tithing. All this has only happened through my huge work But since no one born himself to care for rest, but to take care of the field that trusts him from above, have my duty I done with zeal, as it only allowed My little strength or the difficult time. Mortals, think of death, always have a good conscience! Everything else passes, virtue alone endures." Again and again there is something new to discover. For children, the continuous tour on the fortress wall is worthwhile. The entrance is located at the back of the church.

  • We took part in the tour here (5 euro / adult) and are very satisfied. An impressive complex, a very exciting history of the church and a really understandable guided tour. It can't be better. Highly recommended!
