Explore the abundant marine life at Shaab Marsa Alam, a popular diving and snorkeling site in the Red Sea. Diverse fish, colorful coral reefs, and a wide plateau under warm, clear waters provide a great snorkeling opportunity for families. Delve further into the depths to see underwater caverns and tunnels, plus a small shipwreck. Lucky visitors may spot dolphins, and divers will swim among small reef sharks, tunas, crocodilefish, and octopuses. • We relied on the center Coraya Divers in our resort Branca Bay and we had the confirmation of the seriousness and professionalism of the organization of the excursions: about half an hour of sailing from Marsa Alam you will find this very beautiful reef rich in Corals and fish and with the presence at about 7/8 meters of depth of the wreck of a boat for tourists..... Perhaps more interesting for divers than for snorking. ... Included in the cost of the excursion a good lunch on board. Recommended.

  • Very nice place to spot turtles. .seahorse and more and the reef offcourse
  • Sha'ab Marsa Alam is one of the best easy dive sites in the area especially suited to those starting out on their diving experience. It is easy to reach as its located only twenty minutes by boat to port of Marsa Alam. The water is crystal clear with very good visibility that allows you to enjoy the full beauty of the reef. Snorkelers can safely explore independently without the need for a guide whilst remaining in the interior, whilst outside the reef may there can be some issues with the current and waves. There is a great variety of sea life and fish in a natural and safe attol with many caves, canyons and pinnacles. The immaculate environment is a natural and safe refuge for dolphins that are happy to swim with you and on occasions you can also see whitetip reef sharks. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to spend a wonderful day deciding whether or not diving should become part of their life !!
