  • We have purchased 4 different trips from Mohammed from Egypt excursion: - day trip to Cairo - day trip to Luxor - Dolphin Tour - Quad through the desert. To Cairo at 1 am, we were picked day trip of 2 riders at the hotel. The car was relatively new and pleasantly air conditioned and we were a small force of travel of 6 people. The two riders brought us safely to Cairo, where then our guide Sam rose to. Hanan told us some interesting facts about Cairo and discussed the agenda with us. First we visited the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, then it went to a boat ride on the Nile. The boat ride was subject to a charge, Hanan had asked the group previously if we want to do this. Then it went to lunch in a restaurant with food in the form of buffet, the food tasted delicious. After lunch we visited the pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and the valey Temple. Hanan advised which fee-based options there were, which can recommend it away because there are free alternatives us honest and gave us a choice. We opted for a paid camel ride at the pyramids, but renounced the paid visit to the great pyramid, and visited instead a smaller free.  Hanan also helped the annoying sellers at the attractions, swarmed them off and told us clearly when deals scrap or were completely overpriced and when we could make a bargain. You could clearly tell she to is on our site and would like to give us a pleasant trip and not ripping us off let. Big Kudos to Sam! Afterwards, we visited a perfume factory, it was not forced to buy something. Finally, we visited yet the Khan El Khalili Bazaar and drank a Mocha in a local cafe. After dark we again entered our bus ride to Hurghada. The trip was incredibly exhausting through the long bus ride, was worth absolutely. It was really impressive to see the pyramids and the Sphinx, and our guide Hanan was class and open to all questions. After Luxor at 5 o'clock in the morning we were day trip by the same bus drivers and with the same bus as picked up to Cairo. It already our guide Mohamed to us in the bus got short, during the bus ride, he told a lot about Egypt in General and Luxor. We were a small travel force of 5 persons. First we visited the Karnak Temple, then we could make a boat trip on the Nile. The boat ride is subject to a charge, but worth. You can see the Green and fertile, Egypt in Luxor by boat, water buffalo, and much more. The boat we then read the other Uferseitw get off where the restaurant for lunch. Alternatively boat trip you can ride by bus to the restaurant. The food was buffet style and taste in order. Then it went in the Valley of the Kings and to the Hatshepsut Temple. Our guide Mohamed advised which fee-based options there were for the individual stations, which of them he can recommend because there are free alternatives us honest and gave us a choice. You can see still more graves for a fee, for example, in the Valley of the Kings, Mohamed but honestly told us that the 3 free graves is completely sufficient. We decided only the standard program to view and were very happy with our choice. Mohamed is an honest man who stands on the side of its tourists and accordingly advises them and don't want that they buy junk or overpriced pay prices - big kudos here to Mohamed! Mohamed led us in an Alabaster factory, in this you could admire the stone craft and souvenirs. Finally, we made even a short stop at the letters and might consider the huge statues. Evening we left completely broken by the heat but happy, back towards Hurghada. Dolphin Tour an air conditioned bus picked us up at 7:30 at our hotel in Makadi Bay and took us to Hurghada to the port. From there we started 4 other Germans with the boat on this next to us and about 10 locals were. Unfortunately, it was a very pleasant trip, with high waves and therefore I got something against nausea from the guides. Our first stop was at the are where we could admire the dolphins from the boat. The guides not advised us in the water to go because the waves were very high. Elsewhere, we were able somewhat later in the water snorkeling. It joined the then still a dolphin to us, with which we could snorkel some time, which was really overwhelming! Our guide stayed with us all the time, watched super on us and showed us some beautiful reefs. As I had to in the open sea of cough, was our guide immediately on the spot and asked if he can help. Lunch was buffet style and very tasty, different and even prawns were served. After lunch each with the banana-boat and a Chair over the sea could can be drawn. Later, we stopped at a third Reef and could snorkel again. To the onset of darkness, we were back at the hotel back. Quad tour morning we were at 8 o'clock by a small bus picked up and brought to the Quad station. It consisted of a walled area, partly covered, where all quads and buggies were and received visitors. We were very pleased to meet Nigel, we were allowed to meet already 3 years earlier via a different operator. Mohamad said about us again, as the Quad is to use, and where we're just going. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a private guide just for my husband and me were still 5 more guests there.  Were we of course super, then you must consider to no one strange and could just be gas in the desert. Our guide spoke only English, it didn't bother us but because English is not a problem for us. There were also German speaking guides and I think, if you wish it is to get a German speaking guide can also easily. We drove with our guide about 27 km through the desert and had a chance to snap photos with short stops several times. Our goal was a Bedouin village where you could ride a camel, drink a cup of tea and smoking shisha. We decided to have only a tea and to forego the shisha and the camel ride. There was also a small souvenir shop at the Bedouin village, but also in order to buy anything. The way back was just as funny as the drive to the Bedouin village. We found the Quad trip tip, really much fun made by the desert heat! Back at the launch site, we got 2 bottles of water and could take a look at the small Zoo. A few species of snake, a turtle and 2 little monkeys are exhibited. As a pet lover, the heart bleeds me there a little because the conditions for animals are not optimal. We were then brought by a jeep back at the hotel and were against 13: 00 back. All 4 excursions we booked, were class and have been worth absolutely! We can recommend excursion Egypt to 100%.

  • A trip to Cairo is much to recommend about excursionegypt! 5 STAR! We were picked up on time by a driver at the hotel in Makadi Bay and brought to the airport to Hurghada. In Cairo, we were already expected by our guide Mohammed. He was very friendly, charming and answered promptly all our questions. The tour itself is likely very little from other distinguishing because we again saw same tourists off the plane at various sightseeings. However, I would book again about Mohammed. For one, the trip on the hotel would cost almost 100 euros more. The lower rate was the main reason of our booking at excursionegypt advance. Only in Cairo, we could enjoy more benefits. While groups of the large operators (eg. ETI) filled every space in the bus we were only 3 persons + guide + driver. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. Thus, Mohammed could enter more detail on our wishes and ideas. We could set also the amount of time we spent in different places, by the small group itself. The program included a walk through the old town including Bazaar, visit the Egyptian Museum including entrance, a charged Felucca ride on the Nile (€9), lunch on the Nile (drinks charged 1-2 euros), visit a papyrus Institute, visit the pyramids and Sphinx and visit a perfume business, which we used as a coffee break. In short, I would book again and again excursionegypt. From a posting on the leading operators of the hotels I'd advise against, because the itinerary more or less is the same but more expensive and in much larger groups. Also, Mohammed is just a great guy.
