It is definitely worth a visit. It is a museum where many different aspects of natural science are explained and demonstrated, from human development over modern nuclear physics to the present non-permanent exhibition of the Danish astronaut Andreas Mogensen's space capsule. You are mistaken if you think that a science museum is not for children. It is an obvious place to visit with even small children who can try many of the wonders of nature.
I was leaving with 2 girls of 10 and 11 years old because we were going to see the space capsule that Andreas Mogensen was sitting in when he flew back and forth to the space station. Wow, where was it exciting-think so little room for such great people-then it is really something you are passionate about. The parachute was also there-made of silk fabric and weighed 80 kg, so it was just megabig. Unfortunately, the exhibition ends d. 28.4, where it is then moved to Helsingør, shown enough for the technical Museum. The whole museum is really exciting, even if much of it is hard to understand because it is science. There are also several things that children can try. There are, among other things, Made a copy of the space capsule that children and adults can try-fun. There is also a lot about the human organism, which is also very exciting. The price is to come over-children up to 18 years is FREE, adults DKK 30.00. As a child said when he heard, it's free "my dad says, there's nothing that's free", but that's it here. So just leave before the space capsule "flies" spaces to Zealand. PS: It is possible to eat its brought food on site:-)
Small but interesting science and technology museum. If you take your time engaging with the exhibits, a floor cal last an afternoon (there are two floors). Well worth a visit.
Most exhibitions have been redesigned. Updated from using average display techniques to inspiring storytelling.
