Spanning a total of 2.16 km (1.34 mi), and rising as high as 206 m (675 ft), the dazzling lights of Tsing Ma Bridge by night and the impressive bulk of it by day make it a favorite with tourists. This is the largest bridge in the world carrying rail traffic: head here to witness the sight of the railway tracks positioned beneath the main car lanes, with trains transferring passengers and cargo to and from Hong Kong airport. Head to the northwest corner of Tsing Yi Island for a viewing platform where you can survey the bridge from a distance. • Tsing Tsing Ao is the only road to be built in Hong Kong, with a surge of roads and roads under the scenes, and sometimes the opening of the inner-room road, where you can see the whole of Hong Kong.

  • Regardless of whether you are travelling by car, bus or train into Hong Kong/nine lung central area, you will be sure to take part in this bridge. Like many Bridge Liang, cars and buses move on the upper deck, and the train moves on the lower deck. It was built by the British Government and links the great Lantau Mountains and the airport to the rest of Hong Kong. If the bridge had not been built, the old airport would have been very messy, and the traffic in Kowloon would have collapsed. If you want to see this bridge on purpose, there is an observation deck on Tsing Yi Island. But I didn't go to this remote place. In fact, I found a better point of observation, is to come from the deep well, Singaporeans on the beach of the Castle Peak Road. It is reflected that almost all of the world's Bridge Liang, including those in the mainland, are from the early days of the British or American engineering design.

  • Beautiful scene. Not many people. Good place to relax and photo-shooting.
  • Astonishing bridge as we passed by on the way to the Airport.
